Lloyd's Business Evaluations and Business Strategies

DAY 1
~ EMPLOYEE EVALUATIONS ~

Lloyd will spend this day interviewing your chosen employees. Usually we start with the technicians at 7 A.M. (so that they can get back to work) and interview each for 20 minutes. Next would be Sales Reps, office personnel, supervisors and then Management/Owners. Usually we try to finish up by 4 so that Lloyd can organize all of his notes and recommendations that evening in the hotel.

 

     

 

 

 

DAY 2
~ FIELD SALES TRAINING ~

Lloyd will spend a day in the field with the Owner to SHOW him or her what CAN be done to CREATE new commercial sales. Where to go, where not to go. What type of Salesreps we work with, how to work with them and schedule their days. Lloyd often says that it is not where do I get the leads, but rather HOW do we control sales. He will show you this.

DAY 3
~ DEVELOPING A BUSINESS PLAN/STRATEGY
~

This is a day where Lloyd will meet with the owner/manager and perhaps a few top personnel – you will all decide this on day 2. On this day Lloyd will bring with him hundreds of different forms and ideas from other companies (not operating in your area) to give you ideas of projects that you may want to include in your company. He will review them with you. Then we will develop a STEERING LIST to put day 1, day 2 and day 3 together.

DAY 4
~ PRIORITIZING AND DELEGATING ~

Often on Lloyd’s first visit people want this option to make sure it gets done. This is when we take all of the items we want to implement and prioritize them month by month and also delegate all of the items to those we feel can handle it. This brings about a more exacting plan and is not ‘put on hold’ until – whenever. This becomes a six month Business Plan that you can follow step by step.
